REFRIGERATION TOWERS AND EVAPORATIVE

 REFRIGERATION TOWERS AND EVAPORATIVE

Refrigeration towers and evaporative cooling systems are two different types of cooling systems.

Refrigeration towers use refrigerant to cool a fluid, typically water, which is then circulated through a building or industrial process to cool the air or equipment. They work by absorbing heat from the fluid, causing it to evaporate and release cooled fluid.

Evaporative cooling systems, also known as "swamp coolers," use the principle of evaporation to cool air. Hot, dry air is passed through wet pads, causing the water to evaporate and cool the air. These systems are often used in dry, hot climates and are less energy-efficient than refrigeration systems.

Both systems are used in different applications, depending on the climate and the cooling requirements of the specific application.
